Nancy Kaiser talks to Equine VIP about her recent book, “Tales of an Animal Communicator ~ Master Teachers“, and her
career as an animal communicator.
What is an “animal communicator”?
It’s the communication between humans and animals using a sophisticated non-verbal language. Each communicator works differently – depending on their individual skills. I “hear” the conversation and
“feel” the animal’s personality and emotions. I can also feel an animal’s physical issues, like if they have stiff muscles, abdominal
pain, etc.
When did you realize you had this gift?
I believe I was communicating most of my life, but I always thought it was my imagination. My grandfather, father and I were all pharmacists, so I come from a background of science. I was the biggest skeptic having come from a medical background. I married a veterinarian and although we later divorced, it was while we were together that I recognized I was communicating with animals. My husband had an equine patient, “Because of Love”, who had scoliosis. She stayed with us for four months, and this particular horse taught me about communicating. We had a chiropractor working with the horse and she mentioned what the horse was saying… and I heard it too! It was an epiphany for me. I knew I needed to go the next step and learn more. I’m still amazed how much I learn from animals.
Are there classes or seminars on how to do it?
Yes, in fact I contacted a renown clairvoyant counselor and physic. I felt I needed to work with an expert, so I traveled to New York once a week for an entire year. 20 years ago no one took this very seriously, but founding pioneer and Animal Communication Specialist, Penelope Smith, helped to change how people think.
What’s the first step to communicating with animals?
The first step is to learn to meditate and quiet the mind – stopping
your left brain. We can’t hear anything without quieting the mind.
Do you have to be close to the animal to communicate? No it’s not necessary to be with the animal. In fact, I frequently have phone consultations between the owner, animal and myself. The owner tells me what they want to learn from the animal. I always tell the owner to make a list of questions we need to address. The process starts by “linking” with the animal by asking their permission.
What kind of questions are frequently asked?
I’m often asked to communicate prior to surgery procedures – to explain why this has to be done and what the animal will be
experiencing. Lots of people are discovering animal communicators, and can’t believe what they are hearing!
Tell us about your book, Tales of an Animal Communicator ~ Master Teachers.
My recent book chronicles the tales of the remarkable animals that taught me I was destined to be an animal communicator and healer. I hope “Tales” will broaden reader’s perspective on the significance of animals in their lives while helping to develop more meaningful relationships with not only their animals, but all animals. After
reading my book, you will never look at your own animals the same way again! I also want to mention that a portion of the proceeds from
the sales of this book will be donated to my local Humane Society, Noah’s Wish, and The Wild Horse Sanctuary in Shingletown, California.
How can people get in touch with you if they want to learn more?
